On 5th Feb, HDS welcomed 2020 by having a luxurious offsite event for the whole team and for our Business partner Felix (CoT, Romania) at the 'Bab Al Shams' Desert Resort. With the focus on creating an opportunity where we all could connect informally, the day was filled with engaging, interactive, experiential activities along with a scrumptious and delightful lunch.....𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗛𝗗𝗦!

The reason why one organization excels within the same environment and having the more or less the same profile of workforce is largely due to higher alignment of its people with the Organizational Goals.
